Its closed. The people running it before July 2018 had to move locations, and then their new location got closed down about a month later. Hopefully the new owners in August will be better. We'll have to see, I guess. Also, this is where Garth Brooks supposedly performed when he was living here. If you mention it to that bartender, hell say, "So?"

We got kicked out of Willie’s because one of my friends was beating one of their employees in pool. This is extremely unfair. The employee was off the job, and she convinced the male bouncers to kick us out just because we were beating her in pool. I have faithfully gone to this bar ever since I turned 21 in Stillwater, but now, I want nothing to do with it. Not only were we kicked out, we were threatened. A male bouncer said he would “kick one of our friends asses” just because he beat a female employee at pool. My friend also lost their ID in the bathroom, and at 1:45 I tried to go back in to look for it, but they said I couldn’t because it was past 2:00 AM, when I could clearly look at my phone and see it was 1:45. I hate Willie’s and I will not be returning.

Top shelf historical spot in Cowboy Country. Cold beer & stiff drinks are the order of the day

Willie's is our "Cheers". We always take our out of town friends there when they come to visit, and is our go-to bar.

An iconic place in Stillwater. It's where Garth Brooks got his start. Great service good prices. A must go for travelers to OSU!
