The food was good an service was great! We went in just before closing and they still took good care of us. Then i left my keys there, which is over 3 hours away! I called the next day and the manager Jeff Jackson told me not to worry and sent them to me that same day!!! That to me is the definition of good service!! Thanks again!!!

Very good dinner and table service. Not sure the crowd of young ladies at the hostess stand had good training. Many parties given wait pagers while many tables were available. Also, they didn't always seat according to arrival order. I know they seated people before me that arrived after me. Also, though this isn't the restaurant's fault, a very rude young man in a very large pick-up truck was very rude in the parking lot. I thought everyone in the south was raised with manners. The best he could say was "shut up."

There is usually a wait, especially on the weekend. Our wait was an hour on a Saturday evening, around 6 p.m. Our food was cooked to perfection. The server was great and attentive.

Pretty bad longghorn standards. Only went because we had free gift certificates from my grandfather. Had a 10 minute wait at 5:50 even though half if the tables were empty. Once seated didn't bring us out plates for bread only when asked. All of our salads were terrible which isn't worst thing because who wants salad at a steak house I'll let it pass. My steak and fiance's steak were great. My poor grandfather... His was terrible again. Ordered medium rare prime rib according to the menu can cut with a fork it's.so tender... It was brown in parts and over cooked and it was so tough he couldn't cut through it expect with about 10 to fifteen swipes of the knife. He ate a few bites then spend rest of the meal cutting it up to take home to his dog whom he joked would bite him for bringing him home.such terrible steak. I typically love longhorn steakhouse but I'd stay away from this one and go somewhere else for a good meal. Bad staff which I won't even get into because I don't want them to get in trouble. But the food is very inconsistent... My dad's asparagus wasn't cooked well... My loaded baked potato was over cooked and awful.... But again the other three straks great just my poor grandfather's was awful but the meal as a whole... Very lacking. Pass.

Called ahead for seating 20 minutes before arriving. When we arrived was told would be another 20 minutes wait. Sweet tea was not sweet, salad had lettuce steams in it, steak was ordered medium rare arrived well done, and no butter for baked potatoes. Will not vist this location again!!!
